Subject: [PATCH] tools/hotplug: use XENCONSOLED_TRACE in xenconsoled.service

Instead of inventing a new XENCONSOLED_LOG= variable reuse the
existing XENCONSOLED_TRACE= variable in xenconsoled.service.
